We believe we should help people when they lose their homes to a disaster, their jobs and become homeless, unable to pay for medical treatment due to cancer, or too impoverished to attend college. Our staff, volunteers and those we serve work together to address the effects of homelessness, assistance during disasters, provide scholarships for underprivileged students and medical bill assistance for cancer patients. Our programs empower the most vulnerable among us to improve their quality of life by providing shelter, food, water, scholarships and medical bill assistance during hardships.

Overseeing patients on ventilators for weeks and then watch some patients die will take a toll on any human being, but to see this same action daily, increase again, is very emotional and eventually may be too much. There is no way to escape this pandemic, and day after day this relentless virus takes a toll on healthcare workers.
Many hospitals around the world are reporting their hospitals ICU are filling of COVID-19 positive patients.
Our research shows psychological well-being support is needed especially seeing the first wave of coronavirus cases continue, after re-opening. The recent rise in cases will continue to take a toll on health care workers. Also, the worry of contracting the virus and going home spreading it to family members becomes a psychological drain and add serious risk factors.
We are supporting our front-line healthcare workers who may need financial assistance if their emotional and physical toll reach crises levels. Healthcare Workers Well Being Donate

A gratitude initiative for the healthcare workers who are on the front lines of caring for patients with confirmed or possible Coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, declared as a pandemic by World Health Organization [WHO]. Opulent Philanthropy Inc, a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization, set up a dedicated fund for healthcare workers in United States of America, called Opulent for Healthcare Workers Charity.
This Charity would donate a sum of $100 in the form of a “Thank You Gift Card” to each eligible healthcare worker, as a token of our gratitude for their compassionate and dedicated work, sacrificing their own and their family’s health, during this pandemic, subject to the amount of donations received.
The initial goal of this Charity is to raise a sum of $2 million with an aim to donate the gift cards to 20,000 healthcare workers, nationwide. There are 18 million healthcare workers in the US, with women representing 80% of this workforce.
